have regd a complaint on 11.07.2014. They told that the problem will be solved within 48 hours. But nobody attended. After 48 hours almost twice a day i calling them but no response till date (21.07.2014). It will take 15 mnts to connect the phone and after that they hold for some time and intentionally cut the line. Since 11.07.2014 i tried calling them continuously and even after several several requests made by me, they have not at all attended to my problem. Every time it will take min 20 mnts to connect the phone and lodge a complaint. Till this time my problem not solved.

activated Sports Channel after paying Rs. 100/- to watch FIFA World Cup. But my money lost. 6 of my family members came one month back to my home and each and every minute they missed and bored. I felt very very bad. It is very difficult to stay at home all the time without watching TV/ no entertainment. Felt very bad to see their situation that all the time they were sitting at home. Suffered a lot with mental damage. Even after requested so many times, they not at all responded and solved the problem.

It is kindly requested to take a proper action from whoever side, how much the customers are suffering. As they are giving 48 hours time to solve the problem but even though after 11 days passed and even after several requests made, they have not solved. You can imagine how much suffer i bear. You are once again kindly requested to take severe action, as they are giving so much damage to the customers.
