My name is nitin chauhan I am using a reliance cdma 9311xxxx and my billing cycle is 18th of month, credit limit is 1000 on the last 29th of November my service become barred due to over un billed amount of Rs.5213 on 29th of November i received a message from reliance that your service is barred due to 5213 of un billed amount, While my credit limit is just 1000 then how is this possible. while I have not make too much call and not even i used too much of data connection then how it can be i cant believe. and on 30th I login to rcom.co.in and chat with reliance customer care pls see what He said when I said him to submit a complaint for my problem. His name is vikas and he said to me that no such complaint and i cant submit any kind of complaint as you want to submit for services barring issue and he said if you want to activate this connection you have to pay Rs. 4700 then your connection will became activate. If I dont pay 4700 my connection will not became activate and they dont have any details for this extra un billed amount. I want to submit a complaint in reliance customer care but not success. Then I thought I should submit complaint in consumer court, Now i have fade up with reliance communication services because I have already launch a complaint in consumer court for “connection is not became activated due to fake commitment of reliance employees” in this complaint they provided me 931112xxx but after a big issue they said reliance communication is not able give you the same no. of your choice no. and then they give me another choice no. 9311-121xxx and now this connection is also become in problem . I think Reliance is playing with customers money and time bothered them through any reason. Reliance communication didn’t understand customer feelings, problems this company just want to earn money at any condition. When submit complaint on consumer court, I received a reply from rcom care senior member, they are saying that you have to pay Rs.4700, Then we will activate this connection. I reply them ……While my credit limit is just 1000 then how is this possible why you didn’t stop my service on 1000 of credit limit. What is the meaning of credit limit if you can cross it by yourself without in knowledge of customer, why should customer have to pay all this amount, Thats not the fair policy, your company is cheating with me, if i was going to cross the credit limit then why you didn’t inform or stop the service before crossing the limit of credit, by the way I didn’t received any call from your customer service team till now. I want to now why didn’t you alert me before crossing the credit limit, and please explain the meaning of credit limit. I don’t know what to do now……. Please help and save the citizen form those fraud companies. And take strict action against Reliance communication for this 2nd time cheat with me. My all services of reliace connection is stopped and now i am not able to call or use any kind of service, I have to purchased now a another postpaid no. from other company.
