I am using reliance CDMA since more than a year. I wanted to PORT to reliance GSM. I paid the porting charge i.e 100rs as charged by service care on 15th may As per the rule of TRAI port should be completed within 7 days and if their is some issue customer should be informed about it. today its 22 may and still my no. is not ported to GSM and even company didn’t informed me. I tried 10 times to call customer care but even after waiting for 30 mins each time i was unable to talk to agent. Finally i got the chance and the agent said he didn’t got any update and the webworld staff says their is unknown error in system so it will take atleast 7 days more.is this the service.they even not talk properly .they were so rude.please take action against such worst service.why should i wait if i had paid unsubscribed amount of 100rs.They provide worst service.Even my Broadband reliance Internet connection is facing problem since one month.I am unable to use my Broadband internet since a month and i have fired complain in service center and after 7 days when i call they say sir as per the status of system your network issue is resolved. i am regularly getting calls and messages from company regarding payment for internet service even though i am unable to use the service No one is solving any problem and just calling everyday for money and BILL.they are harassing me daily. Please help or else i would have to police complain for the same.
