VAS services activated without intimation & balance deducted regularly. i call customer care regularly then they deactivate the service & wauve off the amount. Yesterday same was happened but now i was trying to call customer care continuously but not picked a call. Then i called from other number then deactivated the services & waive off the amount. In morning same procedure was happened. When i request then they activate the DND services. But by dnd service activation i will not be able to receive sms from banks & others.
I want that VAS service should not be activated without permission. Also i don’t want to activate DND services.
