Reliance Communication – Balance deduction misappropriated

I am a Reliance prepaid customer. I have limited use of my mobile. Most of the time I get recharged my phone with full talk time vouchers. Few days back I got my phone e-recharged with Rs.49/= for data services which was valid till 25th May 2015 In or around 25th May I got recharged for 110/= I was supposed to get full talk time of Rs.110/= I also got recharged with Rs.138/= for making local as well as STD calls @ 25 paisa per minute for one year. Most of my balance was deducted on the pretext of data uses which I did not protest. Again 31st May I got my phone recharged with Rs.110/= and did not avail any data service. This evening I have found that an amount of more or less Rs.50/= has been misappropriated. I contacted customer care over 198 and after listening a series of advertisement when I reached the customer care executive Mr Amit/Ajit Sharma, he was unable to furnish the details and on the pretext of transferring my inquiry to senior executive disconnected my call. It has become a practice on part of reliance to misappropriate the money of its subscribers on one pretext or the another. I therefore request you to kindly look in to the matter.
