I sent an email RIL on 21st Feb 2015for termination of my Netconnect data card services(9379287xxx). 20th of every month being my billing date. instead these guys generated another bill and did not terminate the service on my data card number. After repeated requests they finally considered the actual termination date of service on 23rd March 2015.

he date of termination of service to be counted on the requested date and rental to be charged for justified number of days i.e. 7 days from the date of termination request.
