On 17/08/2013 I paid INR:1350 to Reliance communication for getting Brodband connection.They promised to Provide the connection within 48 Hours(CAF no :17800032321808). They asked to bribe 200 RS to technician for giving the connection and I denied. After continuously calling the sales person(Manjunath 8970003047) for 1 week he told me connection cannot be given.And my money is not refunded. After calling them daily twice I got the cheque after one and half month but they have printed my name wrongly on this account payee cheque(cheque no:142399) so I cannot draw the money.My woes still continuing as Customer care does not respond to emails and Calls.When I called their appellate authority they are asking me to go to their head office and check. which is a never ending loop.This is how reliance is cheating customers.
I need the amount I have paid with interest for 2 months and compensation for wasting my time and also for making me to wait for their services.
