I have taken a Reliance post paid connection on 19th March 2015 Mobile No : 8088080xxx. Since Day 1 I am facing Network Issues.I have raised a complaint on this issue on 26th Mar 2015 Complaint No : 231548844 .but till date there is no improvement in the network. I decided to close yhe connection but the reliance team is forcing me to pay the bill for the worst service provided. I paid Rs: 300/- as the deposit amount at the time of purchasing the Connection. I am not interested to pay the bill for the worst services till date and I want to close the connection as soon as possible. it is really a frustrating situation that the call drops very often which effected my job career. I even lost the very good job opportunity due to the network issue.
