Reliance Communication – Not serving sincee last 21 days

This is what My Email to Relience Communication for which I Never got any Answer. “Dear All, I would Like to bring into your notice that, I am highly unsatisfied by the way you handle your current costumer. I have lodged one complaint regarding internet service, which has been stopped working since 26/09/2013. My Complaint ID for the same is 209540872. This complaint is not solved till date. Following are my reasons for dis-Satisfaction. 1> No Proper solution for mentioned problem. I figure out that either your team is not capable enough to do it or their are not efficient at all. 2> I brought this plan by just following the brand name “RELIENCE”., which about to get over. The smaller ISP solves problems faster then you. 3> I am an current PREPAID customer. i.e. I have already paid charges for this services for which I am not being served, which may cause my future plans with this Company. 4> I always got monotonous machine like answer from your customer care executive which increase more frustration. 5> Due to all this reasons , My work is getting suffered, which is creating unhealthy environment around our relation. Due to all this fact, If I am not going served well by this corporate hype ISP. I would like to think on alternation and will provide my feedback to Consumer Forum as well. ” This Is what My 2nd Experience, 1> I visited outlet store R-World,Kalawad Road Rajkot, Gujarat, on 1st Oct,2013. I met a In charge person having Name HIREN. I explain My Problem. Then He kept me waiting for nearly 2 hours for a convincing answer which I never Got until I ask him again. During this 2 hours I was not asked for a glass of water. Even local Co. Provide this. I was amazed by the arrogance of this Company. Then He has put me thru a call to speak some responsible person. So, this fellow has directly said that it will not get soon so During this conversation I asked about some surety for resolution of my Problem. So This is what he said and I Quote ,”You are customer, You are free bird to do anything, If you are going to be in system, I will do it otherwise I will help you to terminate your Connection.” So, I am not deserve to be treated like that. you worth note to it, that during this entire waiting time i have observed that, It was not Only who got this treatment. I found them in shouting manner. If you do take care for business. just take out some statistics on this issues. Being a Giant industry , why Reliance is suffering with the completion in local area. You are may bee doing good at your end. but at local system is not good enough. 2> During the interaction with one of your executive Naina, She has put me online unconditionally and never revert me back any answer. During this call I have waited for 6-7 min. for her response. For this particular Issue. I want Resolution of my Problems ASAP. I Want a Feedback call(which is my right) I want an apology from them.
