This is with reference to complaint no. 234489699 filed on 16.06.2015 at 11.15 a.m.I had recharged reliance internet for 197 to my mobile no. 73030xxx on 11.06.2015 at 11.57 p.m. through paytm and reason was i could not get recharge option rcom.co.in website and still it shows inr 177 for 3g 1gb internet instead of actual amt of 197.Recharge was successful by paytm, amount debited from my bank account as well as i received message from reliance that i hv been recharged with 1gb internet.(refer screenshot of message)But immediately i received regret message that its unsuccessful.Till date I have not been credited for said amount/3g connectivity.I tried to complaint at 198 but even after calling many times i have been kept waiting for more than 10-20 minutes, many times without any response from your IVR.I went to gallery and and i get complaint no..18602002011 where i complained on 16.06.2015. I received message on 17th june that issue has been processed and even i got message to response against it, which is still unresolved. I complained again from another mobile no. For this problem as balance of 1 gb is showing from 18.06.2015 but sim not supported with 3g connection till date. They do not response on 198 niether any action from reliance appellateautority Mr. Pankaj Sootha.
1.All telecom service must call to customers if they try many times to their customer care number and could not connect to customer representative to understand the problem. 2.To refund my amount of 197 as till date i could not use a single byte of their services. 3.If reliance can not improve/ Handle their team & service , they must terminate their services and hand over to some potential player in this segment.
