I have not activated any VAS services(number:8088552791), But on 9-10-2013 they have charged Rs3, 17-10-2013 they have charged Rs3, 24-10-2013 they have charged Rs3, Totally Rs9 they have charged me without activating the particular service Today(29-10-2013)i have call to customer care(Relicance gsm) and ask to refund Rs9, they are saying that we have information for last 3 days only in our system so we cant able to refund your amount and i said that i have sms proofs on all 3 days that have been charged . They are not ready to refund after 3 days from the current date even though we have Proofs like sms. I like to register a compliant againt them for this issue. This might me a small amount and a small issue but if they charge for entire customer like this. its a huge gain for them and cheating the public Without customer permission how can they charge the amount
if you need i can submit the sms proofs they have charged and audio which i was spoken with customer care I need my money Rs 9 to be refunded and i like to register a case againt Reliance Communication for cheating the public and i like to keep seal for reliance communication until this issue was solved.
