I have a fixed broadband connection from Reliance Telecom Ltd for 6 months. Their service is highly irregular. I am getting irregular connection since the beginning. Recently, Internet connection was broken completely. We had filed complaints for the issue of a broken internet connection repeatedly – On 27th Sept. of 2014 vide complaint no. 225076186, on which no action was taken, following which, another complaint was lodged on 29th Sept. of 2014 vide complaint no. 225126897, in relation to which, again, no action was taken. Following this, again a complaint was lodged on 30th Sept. of 2014 vied complaint no. CNM-10001508127, to which, no action was taken. That following all this, a final complaint was lodged on 1st Oct. of 2014 vied complaint no. 225338086. The problem is not resolved to this date. Recently, again I filed a complaint on 9th October 2014 vied complaint number 225601857, to which, disappointingly, no action was taken. I also get about 7-10 days per month of network downtime. This is highly unethical and unjust. I submitted my bill (advance payment) to Reliance on 2nd of October 2014 with penalty. But even after that, internet connection is still defunct. I submitted a show-cause notice to them, to which a steady resolution was promised, but it did not happen. I request you to take strictest action possible against them, and impose maximum fine you deem possible. I also request that you order them to refund the amount proper for the days that I did not have internet service.

Impose maximum penalty you deem possible. -Refund the amount for time/days I did not get internet connection. -Repair the internet connection properly.
