I have applied for broadband connection in the last week of August 2014. The technical persona came and collected all the documents and the payment cheque for Installation fee and one month plan fee. Reliance has deducted the amount(installation fee & one month rent for the plan I choose)from my account but after the 1 month still they have not gave the connection or did not do any installation at my home.
This delay from Reliance caused a big problem to me as Initially i have to stay in my office till late night as i did not have any internet facility at home and later I have to go for other local internet provider and gave them the installation fee to get another internet connection. This caused a high stress in mental tension and loss of the money I had to give for the installation again.
