Complaint to be made – Back up cd not handed to us . as the store doesnt provide the empty cd’s we burchased 4 cds for taking back up of the OS during purchase. During the packing the salesman left the cds and when we enquired he said its safe and i can come and collect it . But the next day i went he said the concerned person has
is out and he will give me a call in a week. So every time i called i got false promises. and after 4 weeks the salesman now asking me to get new cd and call him so that he will instruct me to take the back up cd’s . Its a pathetic service from reliance.

I like to make a official complaint as i want to move this to the consumer forum.

this is just an intimation from my end for the copy of my petition to the court.
