Reliance dongle – wrong complaint regarding speed and network

Dear Sir, I want to seek your attention toward my problem mentioned below. I am using reliance net connect dongle..From my last three recharges i am facing a problem… Firstly i am blocked at 25 mb of data balance,i was not able to connect any more, i did contact to customer care they give me some troubleshooting tips but the problem was same, nd they lodged a wrong complaint regarding speed and network that was not actually.. and said it takes 3-4 days to resolve but nothing was happens,Then i contact to distributor for this, they said get recharge it and the problem will solve automatically, i said ok, recharge it. For some days i used it but the same problem i faced again this time my connection break down with 76 mb of data balance..Again i follow the same path via customer care to distributor but no strict action was taken..I again recharge my number with a hope that its may not happen again..But i am again blocked with 241 MB+76MB data balance.. Please do help me,I am very much disappointed
