Today 13/09/2009 (Sunday) afternoon, we have received our Kadamgiri Society Electric Bill for August 2009. Our A/c. No.102347127 Bill dated 11-09-2009 for the amount of Rs.5070.00 for the Billing Period from 08/08/2009 to 08/09/2009 which includes Rs.470/- towards “COST OF EXPENSIVE POWER”.

This Rs.470/- towards “COST OF EXPENSIVE POWER” was supposed to be not to transfer on consumers with effect from Augsu 1, 2009 as it was published in all the Eminent Daily English Newspapers – referring to Hindustan Times – Mumbai Edition Dated 06/08/2009 (Thursday) Page No. 07 (metro) wherein it explicitly states “That the Forum, chaired by CERC chairperson and has all the chairpersons of State Electricity Regulatory Commission as its members, discontinued the practice with effect from August 1, 2009,such expenses should not go to show purchase of cost of expensive power because that really is the inefficiency of that particular distribution companiy or entity, said CERC Order.

Kindly take stern action against the “Relaince Energy – Reliance Infrastructure Limited” who is knowingly and deliberately, blatantly violating CERC said Order and cheating openly 26 Lakhs Consumer of Mumbai Suburban Areas.
