I am the customer of Reliance GSM prepaid no . 955XX85880. That the website www.rcom.co.in of the company Reliance Communications Ltd. displaying false information which is misleading the costumers about their recharge packs.
I have reported them many times but they haven’t correct it yet. Earlier it showed that on recharge of Rs. 74, 1GB data will be given which will be valid for 10 days, etc. I recharged but it was valid for only 7 days. Whenever I checked and recharged It did not give the benefits as it shows on the website. That Reliance has been sending me disturbing R menu Flash Messages. Because of it is so hard to use my phone.
That Reliance provides very slow speed for the 3G. They charge high amount but unable to provide speed as they say. The Internet was disconnected on my number on 16th December 2014. That Reliance promises for free facebook and whataspp with the internet recharge packs but they charged me. That I recharged my account at Rs.95 for 3G pack on 13th December 2014 which would have been valid for 12 days but expired in 3 Days(16-12-2014). That I had almost 1GB data for Internet when I connected to Internet through Modem The data lapsed. That I have tried many times to connect to Reliance customer care 198. But failed. The phone get disconnected automatically as you press the button to complaint. That when I get connected with Rcare Representative. He refused to register any complaint on my issues. As they said everything is right from their server. I told them I have messages. They refused to register stating nothing seems wrong from their end. That then I complaint through email to customercare@relianceada.com on 22nd November, 2014. I waited till 2nd December, 2014 and sent a reminder mail. But after that I did not get any response form their side. That then I registered my to the email id rcomappellateauthority.delhi@relianceada.com of their applet authority on 2nd December 2014, 4:50PM. But they did not take any action to solve my problems. They emailed and called me saying that they have given 300MB data but I neither get any data nor any message for the credit of data. That I recharged for Rs51 on 25th January 2015 which has 2G data of 1GB and valid till 03rd February 2015 and then I recharged for Rs.65 on 26th January 2015 which has 3G data of 1GB then It show that my 2G data of 1GB is only valid for 26th January 2015. It lapsed all the 2G data Volume after I recharger 3G data Pack.
I have paid so much money for my recharges because of misleading information and negligence of Reliance. These problem occured when i needed them most during my exams and on starting up of my project.
