Sir, This is in referee to an online advertisement by Reliance GSM which can be seen through clicking on the link: http://www.rcom.co.in/iPhone/iPhone5s/unlimited.html After visiting the official website on varisous occasions including today (ie 17th March, 12:00 AM) I made up my mind to buy this product from reliance and also informed my family about the same. I was planning to buy Iphone5s 16 Gb, which according to advertisement is wroth Rs 2999*24 = 71976 Rupees. Sir i really felt humiliated when i called up at 180030008989 the toll free number displayed under the advertisement – The Reliance’s representative told me that the prices have been revised since 8th December 2013 and the new prices are around Rupees 86374, But this information was no where to be seen on the advertisement. This has had financial and mental implications over me. As per “jago grahak jago” initiative of government of India i feel it is my right to register a complaint against reliance for misleading me by conveying wrong information.

I write this in all my senses !! I was made fun among 2 friends and 1 cousin as we were all planning to buy Iphone 5s(Golden, 16GB) under this offer by Reliance. I played a major role deciding and convincing them to opt for this particular scheme by reliance, which later turned out to be false! Please help me charge sheeting reliance and compensating me with 4 Units IPhone 5s,16GB. So that i may keep one and give the others the rest to save humiliation and my face in front of everyone.
