Respected Sir, I am Hemanth from Bellary. I was using Reliance GSM Postpaid Connection 808XXXXX08 since 4 months on my name. On 16/02/2015 my postpaid number has been fraud swapped by some reliance employee without my documents and they generated UPC code from my postpaid number. Next day morning i.e., on 17/02/2015 i visited reliance store at bellary to take replacement of my sim.

Then i came to know that UPC has been generated by the fraudster on 16/02/2015. Immediately i sent mails to anil.ambani@relianceada.com & rcomappellateauthority.karnataka@relianceada.com regarding the fraud sim swap of my postpaid number and to reject all mnp requests of my number. They assured me that they will look into the issue and they will reject all mnp requests. But my number has been ported out to Tata Network by the fraudster on 26/02/2015 at 23:38pm. Its already been 4 days, i don’t have my number.

I am unable to do online banking transactions without my number. Iam missing some important calls on my number. Iam facing lot of inconvenience and i will be in huge loss. How can a employee swap my postpaid number without my documents?? How can he port out my postpaid number without my documents?? Who accepted the mnp request to port out my number?? Though i gave complaint on 17/02/2015 to reject all mnp requests, how did he ported my number without my concern?? What action has been taken on the fraudster for the illegitimate sim swap and fraud port out of my number?? Who will bare my loss?? Who is responsible for this issue?? Serious action has to be taken on the fraudster who swapped my postpaid number and kindly impose high penalty on such persons for involving in such criminal activities. So far there is no update regarding the re-activation of my number. I am worried about it. At any cost i want my number to be activated on my name either in Tata Network or Reliance on top priority.

I am an LIC Agent, as this is a financial year end period i expected new policies from my clients. Now i dont have my contact number so iam facing lot of inconvenience.
