My name is Sharad Chate. I’m user of reliance GSM service with mob. no. 08468826xxx. From last 3-4 months various value added services get activated automatically on my mobile and balance gets deducted.

Every other day my balance gets deducted automatically and to recover that I have been calling customer care which often is busy.

I want 10000 Rupees as compensation for mental trauma that I suffered. And it shouldn’t repeat further.
