Dear Sir/Madam, with very disappointingly i am writing that I purchase Reliance Haier CG 220 phone from Reliance store situated at Laxminagar Delhi, and unfortunately the product was defective and every 2 hours it is sgutdown so i deposit this worst product of haeir to Redington, Lajpat Nagar whose Job Order No is: LPT/HE/13/000343 on 25.11.2013 and from that day it is almost one month to complete but till date i did not get my replaced product due such a cheap and worst services of your, in this regards i also complaint to your third class customet care at 18002009999 and from where i got Mobile number of your service manager for Delhi i.e. Mr Praveen, and on his mobile number 9310622236 i call so many times and requested but that guy also making me only fool… Refrence No. is : GHA1312160035
From the day first the phone is not working its switch off repeatedly automatically thats why i need replacement
