I purchased Reliance Haier cg220 from reliance communication. after onw week i realized my call log is not updated (cant see last dialed no and received call log). i complained reliance office they send my handset to service centre. after so many call and visit they told me the handset have problem so it ss motherboard was changed i got my phone after 4 months and than there was battery problem, handset was not charged and than i replace battery after that the problem was ot ended. still it have network drop and battery problem service centre are not giving me satisfactory answer. it doesn’t support gprs setting from any network. i want my money back and compensation with all these hassle and had giving me so many problem like calls,hang,key etc & in this set giving software of facebook, nimbuz,twitter,uc browser then why not giving gprs setting, and also it has key pad problem
