My connection has not been working since 6/5/2015 till today i.e. 18/5/2015. I have already called the reliance customer care a numerous times and registered a complaint but there is still no response from the company”s side since the last 12 days. Infact, they didn”t even arrange for a feedback call. Everytime I call them, they tell me that the complaint would be resolved in next 24 hours which obviously has not happened.
