Dear Sir,

I have taken JIO sim which is activated but in my home (Sangamner MH) no network at all, Network available only outside home after restart mobile every time. Also unable to call any no. & even not incoming call received, If calling from another no. they said check the no. If try to call 1977 for activation they said no. is already activated

Only net is working but with hi / low speed, Even unable to call your customer care no. 1977, call cut or if connected they said there is no sufficient balance to call, If you offer unlimited calling on every network up to 31 Dec 16 then what is this, If today is this situation then what will after 31st Dec 16

Your Sangamner office doesn’t respond not given any solution, persons are not co-operative. what to do ? I hope u will check & look in matter & reply
