I have a Jio phone with number 70182 28675. I lost the original sim couple of weeks back. I duly informed the customer care and got the sim services suspended. I was directed to apply for a Duplicate Sim after producing the same documents as originally submitted for the Lyf handset. The same done immediately at

Now it is more than 48 hrs and my new sim has not been activated. The Digi Xpress store is 100 km away from my home. When I called they are saying I need to also submit a photograph, which they did not tell me when I when there. Now I cannot go 1000 kms away to submit the photo which I had already given when taking the connection.

A complaint has already been registered SR000000X23U. Now when I’m calling the helpline nobody is answering even after multiple attempts.

Please help me resolve this on urgent basis. The new sim details are as below:
