Sir, I, Mr akash kanti chakraborty, have worked with RELIANCE Life Insurance Company Ltd from 28/08/2013 at AGARTALA Branch. My Licence No.9621386 and the date of Expiry of Licence is 27/08/2016 and my Advisor Code 21720935. But due to non official support, recently I can not work with them. Now I want to work with another Life Insurance Company, so I want to resign and want NOC. In this regard I visited the branch several times but they are not giving me NOC form nor accepting my application and harass me for long time. So, please help me to provide me NOC.
