My wife is using reliance gsm mobile no. is 76682819XX. she is not using this no. regularly due to roaming area. in the month of oct she used this no and her last balance was about 60 rs. and in the month of nov the balance shows 0 rs. she do not know where does the balance go ? I called to customer care but he does not have any answer. from 10 oct to nov she was not made any call. Please solve this problem other wise i will forced to use other company connection.

Top up amount not credited full
Dear Sir, I have paid on line for my mobile 8333010743 3G Rs.220 vide Receipt No.88896135363 whereas the amt. credited to my account total is Rs.205 only whereas earlier credit was about Rs.13/- The total credit should be total of 220/- plus Rs.13/- as you have notified by print media that topup recharge total will be credited in the account and there is no limit of period. Please do the need and reply me.
