Reliance Mobile Charged excess Bill

I HAVE A POSTPAID CONNECTION COMPANY IS SENDING ME EXCESS BILL ON REGULAR BASIS,EVERY TIME I HAVE REQUESTED TO SEND A PROPER BILL BUT THEY DID NOT LISTEN ANY THING AND EVERY TIME CHARGED FOR NET USAGE FOR WHICH I HAD ALREADY ACTIVATED NET PACK. AT LAST I GOT FED UP AND TAKEN A NEW CONNECTION.

SO FAR MANY TIMES THEY HAVE CHARGED EXCESS BILL AND I HAD TO PAY IT AS IT IS MY IMPORTANT NO,LAST TIME ALSO WHEN I HAVE PAID MY BILL IT WAS MORE THAN MY USAGE AND I HAVE COMPLAINT ALSO FOR THAT. I HAD GIVEN SOME ASSURANCE THAT MY COMPLAIN HAS BEEN REGISTERED AND I WILL BE GIVEN SOME DISCOUNT IN NEXT BILL BUT IT DID NOT HAPPENED,I GOT FED UP AND DID NOT PAY THE BILL.
