We requested the company to close two of our connections 9699201001 and 9699401001 on January 3, 2013 after clearing all our dues and they registered our request with complain numbers 195325509 and 195325631 respectively. Despite this, they didn’t close the connections and we continue to recieve bill. We once again lodged a complain on 20th February with number 198579212 for both the phones and they promised that these numbers would be deactivated on a priority basis. We again paid money for that and now as on today, we continue to recieve bills for the same.
We shouldn’t be forced to pay money for the company’s inefficiancy in closing the service. We have paid enough and dont want to pay more. They need to be punished for indifference in consumer complaints.
