I had a reliance mobile post paid connection bearing no 96929959XX. i don’t know how it got converted into a pre-paid one. Now i can’t make any calls and it says all my outgoing are barred because of zero balance. Its been long since i gave my complaint at the service provider’s. The Complaint hasn’t been resolved yet!!

Can someone in the Reliance ADAG gRoup attend to this Complaint or Should I use Mobile Number portability and Switch out to Airtel ?
