Dear Sir i just recharge my reliance sim from internet many times and i have cell phone which doesn’t support internet ,every 1 hr my balance got deducted rs 10 continuously for 5 days..and when i talked with customer care they only say one thing u use internet….but i have cell phone in which net is not working ,no doubt they refund my money after 24 hrs bt they deduct the refunded money after 1hr

i just want a strict action against them and 200 rs balance…Pleas take strict action against them…as they created a lot of difficulty…
