A recharge of Rs. 247 was made on 23rd November 2014 on 9798518xx. Even though the recharge confirmation message was received, no benefits of the recharge were credited to the account of mobile number. A complaint bearing number 227189851 was raised with the service provider (using 198) with an assurance of getting it resolved within 2 days. In the meanwhile, the service provider delivered me three messages at my mobile number quoting [(1)Service Request has been processed (2)Refund/ balance credited (3) requesting feedback in respect of the service request ] at three different times. After about 60 hours of getting recharge done and near to 48 hours of raising the complaint, the problem is intact. A complaint was again raised with the secretariat of the applet authority of the service provider bearing number 227258311 with again a dead line of 48 hrs for resolving the issue Reliance Tele
The benefits as promised by the said recharge of Rs. 247 (1 GB 3G data & Rs. 150 Promo Balance) along with all data balance lost and the main balance amount deduction due to discontinuation of services. Futher more, a fine or compensation may please be charged to the service provider to mark them their fault and be serious in dealing with consumer issues which is being said complete at their end but remains intact at the consumer end and the consumer suffers.
