Reliance Mobile – Refuse to take compliant misbehaving

On my number its used to activate VAS services and it happened several times, it used to happened during midnight at my time of sleep which disturbed me mentally. For this a wrong deduction of rs. 25 charged which is refunded after calling to Reliance customer care. but in last 8 days its happened twice and after trying to lodge complaint regarding this customer care representative disconnected the call several times as well as not taken my complaint and misbehaved me as they had not shown any interest in my problems and said they will not lodged my complaint. So i need to lodged complaint against them I talked with three customer care representatives namely Durgesh ; Vijay Singh and dilip Tiwari and none of them had taken my complaint.

Its disturbed me mentally as well disturbed during my sleep and after continuous request of 1 hr they did not registered my complaint. They also charged rs. 25 at each activation and which after complaint they refunded back. But they used to do so as it happened on several days midnight dated 18/10/2014 ; 19/10/2014; 09/12/2014 and 16/12/2014. All of these deductions happened after midnight i.e after 12:30 am which disturbed me physically, mentally as well as economically.
