Reliance mobile service – Refund unusable money

I am writing this email due to reliance customer care refused to creating complain request. And without complain ID, I cann’t do anything. So, Please resolve this problem. This is not only my problem. If anyone recharged with an amount which is out of scope for that person, then Mobile operator’s automated system must be refuse to recharge with that amount. But in real they recharged without giving any benefit and refuse to refund under their ‘Rules and Regulations’(which, I think; no one read before making mobile recharge.) According to customer law: No one take a fees or money by their clients without giving services or product. /* Account Detail —————————————————– */ Mobile Number: 93092 78009 name- Bhanu Pratap Singh /* Case Detail —————————————————– */ My previous call rate deduction plan expired 7-8 days ago. It was full of below benefits as per my memory. 1. Local Reliance to Reliance : 20p/m. 2. Local on other : 30p/m. 3. STD: 50p/m 4. 500MB 2G free every month 5. Validity: 90/180 days (I forgotten) Then I search on internet to get similar plan, but can’t got. After 2-3 hours I saw a plan with 53/- (http://www.rcom.co.in/Rcom/personal/prepaid/PlansandPacks.html). But I couldn’t note that this plan only for new customer. After that I recharged my mobile with 53/- by a retailer, and got confirmation sms. But I didn’t got any benefit, So I tried to call on *333 and 198, but both was busy. So, I chat online. The result of chat was they simply refuse to take my request. My Opinion: 1. If it (pack of 53/-) was not for me then it must be simply refuse to top-up by your automated system. But If it not possible then your system must be refund that amount as per other top-up in my balance. This is not fair that you refuse to refund amount which I didn’t use directly or indirectly. 2. If I was choose Rs303 from same url. Then you belch 303/- by the name of your rules and regulations (which actually no one read before making payment).
