Reliance Mobile Store,not working my mobile

R/sir, This is to being to your kind notice, that in reference to my complaint 57987/4/2013, the Reliance Company informed me that my mobile no. 9300555553 “Available in premium Pool (Silver category)”. I have been informed to contact the Reliance Mobile Store along with relevant documents to activate the above mentioned number. I have submitted the relevant documents at reliance store Jabalpur. On submission of relevant documents their officer informed me that this number is not mentioned in their system. Therefore they can not activate my mobile number this situation to Reliance officers, number of times, but all the times I am being informed to Reliance store. Unfortunately on my repeated requests not activating my mobile number. Under the circumstances I request you to kindly take appropriate action to activate my mobile number. Your’s truly Suman dubey
