For last 2 days, my Reliance Mobile phone balance is getting deducted by Rs.3 in the name of VAS USSD services which I never used or activated. Call to 198 always disconnects. Call to 155223 says that no such service is active on my number. Whatever this is, I want my balance refunded and so such stupid services in the future. And it is not the first time, it happens every 2-3 months without any reason.

I have suffered Economic Damage: Regular deductions of Rs.3 and Rs.60 with no response from costumer support. I demand that they Just refund and no disturbance in the future.
