I purchase a reliance postpaid number (9015598767) and at the time of buying, they provide a 899 bill plan which includes all STD and Local Call free. I also cross checked this plan with customer care and they said the same thing. But when i got the first bill of Rs.1800 (round), then i again call the customer care for querying about it, but now, they said that you only have 6000 mins of free call (STD + Local) and after it, yo will be charged. They also said, it may be because of wrong(false) information which is provided to you by salesman, because they generally do it in order to get a new customer. To resolve this, i also talk to higher executive of Reliance but NO ACTION IS TAKEN. I ALSO CHECKED IN INTERNET ABOUT THE PLAN, ITS SHOWING UNLIMITED CALLS (have screenshots). BUT NOW THEY ALSO UPDATED THE PLAN IN INTERNET AS WELL. Now i current outstanding amount is Rs.3527.68 and they ask me to pay it or else they take a legal action action me.
They call me regularly and i told them that i am happy to pay the amount which you asked me at the time of connection (Rs.899 + tax) but they don’t do so. I suffered a lot mentally because of this and now they are threatening me with a legal notice as well.
I am happy to pay the actual amount but not a single amount more than this. Also, my number (9015598767) is blocked. I want to ensure that the same plan, which they offered me at the time of connection, will continue on my number.
