On 12 sep 2013 ..Reliance netconnect plus connection taken from the Reliance Phoenix communications , nethaji street ,GKM colony- Chennai-82. Initial connection was taken when we are staying in perungudi with address details given along with the contact number given as 9884467250. I paid Rs 2650 as 3 months inclusive package with the USB device of reliance netconnect Plus. With Unlimited package of usage was given @650 INR per month from 4th month onwards. After making the payment, the company executive provided me my connection number as 9381958xxx. At Initial stage, there are complaints given for non-availability of signal strength and also issues related to frequent disconnection of the network. Even there was no action taken at that time and even asked for the refund because of no service in October 2013 but my appeal got rejected as 3 months advance could not reverted ….This is not at all acceptable for the customer point of view. Dissatisfied with the services, I could not make it proper usage and so I changed my location from perungudi to pallikaranai in November 2013. The issue got resolved for 2 months as I could get better signal strength and paid the regular bills from jan 2014 ignoring the previous issues which was not answered / proper response to my refund related to the service in first 3 months. After that again in Feb month the same issue came up and complaints were registered and also told about the new address change. For many days I waited to get some response from company executive but they didn’t respond. I made several complaints to the company but each time I was given false assurances and no one was ready to solve my problem. Apart from providing better / good service , I was given warning messages / SMS to my mobile number asking for payment of the bill amount for which there was no service.

I would like to emphasize that: • The service has been utterly negligent and inadequate. • I have undergone a lot of extreme stress and mental agony because of unprofessional conduct. Given the above sequence of events, I request them to kindly refund the amount of Rs 2650/- at the earliest. Moreover, I request you to compensate me for the extreme stress and mental agony caused to me.
