I bought a Reliance netconnect+ data-card on 18th Dec 2013 by paying 2999 for 3 months advance rent. The distributor said that the device will work in my area i.e thoraipakkam but I am not getting any signal and unable to use the device. I logged multiple complain with them ( 4 times) by calling in their call center and they said that there is a technical issue and their team is working on it. But even after 20 days the issue remain unsolved and the bills are being generated without even using the device. I also went to their reliance store and head office in chennai but nothing changed. I am a working person. And due to unavailability of network I was not able to work properly. I want to return the device and refund of 2999 which I paid while buying the device.
