13 days before I bought 1x zte AC8720 by paying 800 Rs from near Reliance store. Activation was done after 3 days calling to customer care. Balance credited to 9333058698 was 15000 MB, i don’t know what is the plan-deducting

1.Dear Customer , Your CORE Bal is 5.01 MB, validity : 2027-08-09 , RCONNECT Bal is 14803.80 MB, validity : 2013-09-11 , on 130813 5:17,2.Dear Customer , Your CORE Bal is 4.01 MB, validity : 2027-08-09 ,RCONNECT Bal is 13167.90 MB, validity : 2013-09-11 , on 1700813, after two to three days More than 1000 MB deduction how it is possible. First one to three days broadband speed was pathetic low,connect and disconnect again and again. After 10 days-Dear Customer , Your CORE Bal is 4.01 MB, validity : 2027-08-09 ,RCONNECT Bal is 11481.30 MB, validity : 2013-09-11 , 220813 8:04 . Yesterday i also call to the customer care,the balance was 12 MB you must recharge soon.I just checked data log balance which is near about 700 MB.This is Very Unfair.
