Reliance NetConnect Data Card Bill Issues

Reliance NETCONNECT+ – DATA CARD ISSUE Hello. I have been using Reliance NETCONNECT+ (Data card – Internet 10GB Package) since Feb, 2014 and the Bill generation date is on 20th of every month. On November 22, 2014 my data card got corrupted and tried to submit it at SAI COMMUNICATION, RAJAJI NAGAR for repair. My data card was under warranty and hence they agreed to fix it in 7-10 working days. So expected delivery was on December 5, 2014. But the data card was not received till yesterday and they were saying the status as not fixed. Today, I got a call from SAI COMMUNICATION, RAJAJI NAGAR that the DATA CARD is fixed. But when I got the device it is still a defective set. Again I have to walk back in to the store for fixing defective set. The main concern is that December 20, 2014 the bill will be generated and unnecessarily I have to pay the bill again for the month where I have not used the service at all. Is this the way of handling the issue I am facing? I am going to contact Reliance Customer care tomorrow and depending upon the response, I am finalizing the next good vendor.
