Hi Sir\Madam, My sister was using reliance data card with corporate plan, But all of sudden they start charging extra amount in bill ,yet we were not using such services from company. Even requiting to company for detail bills to get exact facts for the services provided by company and usage by us. But we did not get any positive response from customer care apart from harassment. Now a days they have crossed the line and asking if not paid they will sue the matter to court. I want you to intervene into the matter and get us help to save us from the brutal behavior of such huge companies which they think can do whatever they want with their power.
