Reliance NetConnect – Stopped Working Higher Bill Charged

I have purchased a 3G dongle (9569655xxx) from Reliance & while purchasing it, I have paid all the sum of Device Amount + Rent for 6 Months. After 6 months, it stops working & no bill was received to my communication address. Now I have received a call on my mobile phone & the person said very rudely that he is speaking from Consumer Court Delhi & convincing me to pay an amount of Rs. 1500 – Rs. 1600. When I deny to pay that amount, he started to use bad words, abusing & finally warned me if I not pay that amount. Now I want to explain that the device was stop working after 6 months from activation & for this why I have to pay the rent even if I didn’t use the device as it was not working & already deactivated from company after 6 months of activation.

I want that no calls / messages was sent to me for mentioned matter.
