I was using Reliance Netconnect internet service last year in 2012 for few months, the number of netconnect device is 7520695971. My netconnect device stopped working properly continuously for around 20-25 days. I had complained for it in customer care but each time they replied that there are some network issues in your area after some days the issue will get resolved itself. Finally I had stopped using the device. But my billing cycle did not stop and I was asked by reliance to pay complete bill including the days it was not working properly and also including the days for which my service was stopped due to not payment of the last bill. I was asked to make a payment of Rs 1700 (the charge for one month for that time was Rs 750). I refused to pay this much amount as it was not a justified amount. Then I started receiving calls from tis hazari court, Delhi that a case has been registered against me from reliance. After a long telephonic conversation at mobile number 8447451676 from tis hazari court I was requested to compromise and a final judgement was made to pay 1000 Rs to Reliance and close the case. I deposited Rs 1000 at a reliance outlet with receipt number 134352. Now after so many months I again received call from Reliance legal department (from “Ria Agarwal” mobile number “7309504107”) asking me to make the payment of Rs 700 . When I said that a decision had been made by the tis hazari court , she replied “court ke decision ko maro goli. And if you do not pay the amount today, you will have to bear the consequences and pay Rs 7000 in place of Rs 700” .So please help me get the judgement.
