I am not getting 3g speeds on reliance gsm mobile no 969992xxxx.i tried contacting their customer care.after trying for a 2-3 days my complaint got registered(complaint id 224420184).i received a sms stating my complaint has been resolved.but it was not the case.i complaint again and the customer care guy just kept asking questions about what area what time but of no use.these kind of cases are neglected because no one has got free time to argue with the customer care guy or to file cimplaint. why should i pay for the service which is not reliable and i am not able to use.
when i fail to pay my bills on time,they have all the rights to impose fines whereas what if when they fail to meet their promises and provide worst of the services.this bad service has caused a lot of frustration and even many a times it has left me with no option but to compromise.i use net for studying,video calling which i am not able to do and has wasted my precious time waiting because of slow speed.
