I am using Reliance postpaid connection since last 4-5 months and I have 1499 unlimited plan. Since day one I am facing network related and 3G problem. I used to stay at Noida sector 62 and network was so damn poor, I raised complaint about it but reliance customer support keep on saying that our engineers working on it and they will close the case without solving the problem. Now I shifted to Noida sector 120 and problem is more worse here. I am not able to use my 3G, can’t send sms and my phone is always out of network. Even after facing this much problem i am paying my monthly bill on time.
