I am a reliance gsm postpaid customer (9864360600) since last 2 Year 3 months and i was satisfied by relaince service. I work in banking sector, so i get transfer to different places as routine process. I had given my application mentioning therein that i have been transferred to another state and submitted my address proof along with the application to convert my postpaid reliance gsm number- 9864360600 to prepaid facility at Dhubri, Assam Reliance Customer care cell on 29.06.2013. In this regard, I had a talk with Mr. Bappa, the manager working at Dhubri Reliance care. He assured me that my postpaid number will be converted to prepaid facility within 04 days agreeing to the reason that i was transferred outside the home state(Assam) of connection. But, still after so many telephonic reminders and follow up with the manager, my number has not been converted to prepaid facility till today (04.08.2013). Neither he tells any proper reason for the delay nor he tells any deficiency in my application. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful as requested and oblige.

Unnecessarily i had to pay monthly postpaid charges and high roaming charges. i.e. Rs. 360.00
