I am using this reliance number for more than 5 years and i am facing this problem from last 18 months.Whenever i call customer care they just apologize and refund the deducted amount.But again after 2-4 days they start deducting. I am currently working in an MNC in kolkata and the major problem with me is that i cant change my number. So,after being frustrated from this continuous activity of Reliance I am lodging this complaint. Thanks

I just want these all services should be banned for all the times from my number so that in future I wont get same problem again.
