Dear sir/madam, I am Harish Kindarle. Depot in charge of Liberty oil mill ltd. Nagpur. I bought a dongle of reliance on dtd. 16/07/13. with MDN:- 09372197625. RSN:- RZTCDC130331656. While buying dongle MR. VIKRAM SINGH sales executive come to me and i have purchased from him with advance rental of 2700/- with unlimited plan. In this period of 3 months I don’t have to pay any amount but he activated the plan of 750/- on my no. I requested him many times but he didn’t changed the plan and at same time i told him regarding activate the same on my company name instead of personal name. but every month I am receiving bill with the rental of 750/-. and for that I talked with him as well as main office of nagpur. I met with his boss MR. Rahul Sahu. he directly said me that I cant do anything close your connection instead of solving my prob. and my dongle works only 10 to 15 days every month. so sir I am suffered alot from this. and again I have contacted with VIKRAM SINGH he said that I have surrenderd it without any intimation. want start my connection by solving my all problems that is it should rental of 625/-(unlimited plan)and it should be on my Organization’s name. it is now on my personal name. and punish them for my inconvenience.
