sir I already given complaint regarding vas activation. my complaint I’d 72762.4.13. now they have cut the prepaid balance for vas. the number is 8695759305. they have cut near about 40 rupees. one more number 8695820624. for this number they have cut 7 rupees.when I approached customer Care they are cutting the call.

even though money is small ,the mental torture given by them is more. this is not the first time. several times. I used to approach customer care and get the money back. this time I am not able to contact the customer care.
